NatWest
Natwest is one of the largest banks in the UK, and has a network of almost 1,000 branches. Its headquarters are in London.
It can trace its history back to the Smith’s Bank, which was founded in 1658. It was established in its current form in 1968, following a merger between National Provincial Bank and Westminster Bank.
It became part of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Group in 2000. RBS Group is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a member of the FTSE 100.
Natwest offers the full range of banking products, from current and savings accounts to personal loans, mortgages and credit cards. It also offers a range of insurance products.
