Sainsbury's Bank offers a range of financial services products, from savings accounts to credit cards to insurance.
Originally a joint venture between Bank of Scotland and the supermarket from which it takes its name, Sainsbury’s Bank is now fully owned by Sainsbury’s.
It does well in personal loans and credit cards, where decent transparency earns it a Silver Fairer Finance Ribbon for the former and a Bronze Fairer Finance Ribbon for the latter.
But its savings products don't do so well, settling in below average. This is because it's let down by customer happiness ratings.
