Ageas is a Belgian multinational insurance company co-headquartered in Brussels. The company was rebranded from 'Fortis' to 'Ageas' in 2010.

Ageas is a trading name of Ageas Retail Limited and Ageas Insurance Limited. They also own RIAS Insurance and are joint owners of Tesco Underwriting, which provides insurance to Tesco Bank customers.

They offer car, home, travel and pet insurance.

Their UK head office is in Eastleigh, and they have branches in Bournemouth, Gloucester, London, Manchester, Portsmouth and Stoke-on-Trent.
