Sainsbury's
Sainsbury's Bank was the UK's first supermarket bank when it was established in 1997. Originally a joint venture between Bank of Scotland and the supermarket from which it takes its name, Sainsbury's Bank is now fully owned by Sainsbury's. In September 2016, Sainsbury's completed its acquisition of Home Retail Group, the owner of Argos and Habitat.
They offer a range of financial services products which includes credit cards, savings and loans, travel money and car, home, pet, travel and life insurance.
