To ensure our criteria reflect industry standards and evolving customer needs, we're inviting feedback from the businesses we rate.
This consultation aims to refine our rating methods and enhance the transparency of our ratings.
This consultation was open from 20th October and closed to responses on 10th November.
While we can’t promise that we’ll make any changes you suggest, we will consider all feedback. Changes we make will be announced in early December and go live in January 2026.
