People's Choice is an online-only car insurance broker. People's Choice was acquired in 2002 by Hastings Direct, and was relaunched in its current form in 2012. Its policies are underwritten by a panel of insurers and administered by Hastings Insurance Services Ltd. Hastings insurance is a FTSE 250 company and Goldman Sachs acquired a 50% interest in the company in 2013.
